1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JuMingle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility & Verification

JuMingle is for users aged 18 and older. You must verify your identity via Google Authentication to use the service. Any attempt to bypass this verification, or use the service if you are under 18, is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent ban.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use JuMingle in a respectful and lawful manner. You are prohibited from:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Broadcasting or sharing inappropriate, explicit, or unlawful content.
• Using third-party software, bots, or modifications to automate matching.
• Recording, capturing, or streaming other users' video or audio feeds without their explicit consent.

4. Disclaimers & Live Connections

JuMingle facilitates direct, secure interactive streams between members. Live video and audio feeds are sent directly between users' screens and are not routed through or recorded on our database. You acknowledge that we cannot control the behavior of other members on their end of the connection.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to JuMingle at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the community.
